At The Chiapas Coffee Co, we take pride in providing high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee to our customers. We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped quickly and accurately. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there has been a mistake on our part and you have not received the product that was ordered. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. We are committed to resolving any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We do not offer refunds or returns unless an error has been made and the customer has not received the correct item. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
